Cosmetic level: Pine Essential Oil has a deodorant action, is a skin protector and is also a tonic that stimulates circulation. Its use for facial treatments is not recommended.
Therapeutic level: it is an essential oil with antimicrobial, anti-neuralgic, anti-rheumatic, antiviral, diuretic, expectorant, hypertensive, insecticide, rubefacient and stimulant effects. It is related to bronchial conditions and to the improvement of the state and regeneration of the airways.
Emotional level: Pine Essential Oil is a stimulant of the adrenal cortex, circulation and the Central Nervous System, a revitalizer. It works by balancing the feeling of guilt or dishonour and helps to forge ties and draw closer to enmities.

USES:
Diffuser: The use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Diffuser is recommended, since heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use a maximum of 10 drops of the Essential Oil in the diffuser.
Body Massage: Mix in a carrier vegetable oil such as Almond oil, Rosehip ol,... at a maximum proportion of 3% (6 drops of Essential Oil per 10ml of Carrier Oil)
Bath: Dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Essential Oil in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be dissolve in the bath.
Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Essential Oil on a hot water pot with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale by covering the head and the pot with a towel, this will help steam for longer.
