Free delivery across UAE for all orders above AED 300.

For delivery addresses within the UAE, we deliver within 1-2 working days. You will receive order status updates through WhatsApp/Email from Embassy of Beauty or its trusted courier partners.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation invoice letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is confirmed, our delivery team will contact you before the order is dispatched. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. To change your delivery time or address, please get in touch with us and we will aim to change your request as soon as possible.

For orders less than 300 AED, a 30 AED delivery fee will cover the cost of delivery to you.

Refund & Return Policy

A Refund or Return can be possible only after the customer receives the products and, He or She wishes to make a return or refund, due to ;

-Inappropriate or open product packaging

-Inappropriate product type

If your return & refund is approved by our EOB customer service team, we will refund your order exclusive of shipping costs.

We will be happy to offer exchange or replacement within seven (7) days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
