Cosmetic level: Fennel Essential Oil has anti-wrinkle activity related to its history as an elixir of youth, it also has anti-cellulite and tissue toning properties.
Therapeutic level: it is an essential oil with various effects, including anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, digestive and carminative tonic, laxative, diuretic estrogenic-mimetic and it is also emmenagogue.
Emotional level: Fennel Essential Oil is recommended for “brain” people and for all those who tend to intellectualize their emotions, fennel helps them express and verbalize their fears. It is also described as a home protector so it can be used in the diffuser or even sprayed on the house doors and windows.

USES:
Diffuser: The use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Diffuser is recommended, since heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use a maximum of 10 drops of the Essential Oil in the diffuser.
Body Massage: Mix in a carrier vegetable oil such as Almond oil, Rosehip oil,... at a maximum proportion of 3% (6 drops of Essential Oil per 10ml of Carrier Oil)
Facial Massage: Mix in a carrier vegetable oil such as Wheatgerm Oil,... at a maximum proportion of 1% (2 drops of Essential Oil for every 10ml of Carrier Oil).
Bath: Dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Essential Oil in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be dissolve in the bath.
Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Essential Oil on a hot water pot with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale by covering the head and the pot with a towel, this will help steam for longer.
Facial Mask: It is recommended to apply 2 to 4 total drops of Essential Oil in the preparation of the mask, always taking into account the result to be obtained
and/or if it must be mixed with other Essential Oils.
