Cardamom Essential Oil, or Elettaria cardamomum seed oil is an essential oil that helps you get in touch with yourself and combat psychological tiredness.
Uses: Choose your desired Alqvimia essential oil and use it as an aromatherapy blend with your carrier oil or simply use a couple of drops in the diffuser for a wholesome home scent creating a tranquil spa environment.

Cosmetic Level: Cardamom Essential Oil is a stimulating tonic with a mild effect when used cosmetically. It also has an antimicrobial effect that helps eliminate bacteria on the skin.
Therapeutic Level: is an essential oil that helps fight infections of bacterial and fungal origin. Also useful to combat the cold as it stimulates the increase in body temperature. Improves and speeds up heavy digestions, stimulates the fluidity of intestinal transit and improves excess flatulence.
Psychological Level: Cardamom Essential Oil helps to better digest and cope with difficult situations, problems and strong emotions that we encounter in life. It helps to listen to oneself, to trust in oneself and to pay attention.

USES:
Diffuser: The use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Diffuser is recommended, since heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use a maximum of 10 drops of the Essential Oil in the diffuser.
Body Massage: Mix in a carrier vegetable oil such as Almond Oil, Rosehip Oil,... at a maximum proportion of 3% (6 drops of Essential Oil per 10ml of Carrier Oil)
Facial Massage: Mix in a carrier vegetable oil such as Wheatgerm Oil,... at a maximum proportion of 1% (2 drops of Essential Oil for every 10ml of Carrier Oil).
Bath: Dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Essential Oil in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be dissolve in the bath.
Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Essential Oil on a hot water pot with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale by covering the head and the pot with a towel, this will help steam for longer.
Facial Mask: It is recommended to apply 2 to 4 total drops of Essential Oil in the preparation of the mask, always taking into account the result to be obtained
and/or if it must be mixed with other Essential Oils.
