Cosmetic level: Bergamot Essential Oil is a balancer for oily skin, it helps fight acne. However, due to its photosensitivity it is advisable to take enough precautions in case of facial use (never for daytime use). Regulator of capillary seborrhoea, with skin regeneration and purifying effects.
Therapeutic level: It is an essential oil that helps the healing of open wounds, preventing them from becoming infected due to both its antiseptic and anti- helmintic effect. Anxiolytic, calming and cardiovascular regulator. It can be used to help calm palpitations linked to nerve imbalances.
Emotional level: It is one of the essential oils that must always accompany us in emotional therapy, since it guides us towards conflict resolution, stimulating
security, hope and balance. It is closely linked to the heart chakra because of its relationship with emotional wound healing and communication. It unlocks the solar plexus chakra in cases of anxiety, giving a feeling of openness and relief.

USES:
Diffuser: The use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Diffuser is recommended, since heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use a maximum of 10 drops of the Essential Oil in the diffuser.
Body Massage: Mix in a carrier vegetable oil such as Almond oil, Rosehip oil,... at a maximum proportion of 3% (6 drops of Essential Oil per 10ml of Carrier Oil)
Facial Massage: Mix in a carrier vegetable oil such as Wheatgerm Oil,... at a maximum proportion of 1% (2 drops of Essential Oil for every 10ml of Carrier Oil).
Bath: Dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Essential Oil in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be dissolve in the bath.
Steam Inhalation: Apply a maximum of 5 drops of Essential Oil on a hot water pot with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale by covering the head and the pot with a towel, this will help steam for longer.
Facial Mask: It is recommended to apply 2 to 4 total drops of Essential Oil in the preparation of the mask, always taking into account the result to be obtained and/or if it must be mixed with other Essential Oils.
